Storm Composites Delivery Information

Important Points To Note:

• All materials are kerb side delivery only.
• Delivery timescales are additional to pre-order or out of stock dates.
• Delivery pricing is based on our delivery vehicles being able to access your property. If it cannot then further charges may apply.

At Storm Composites, we understand that getting your products delivered safely is important. That's why we offer a reliable delivery service to get your order to you when you need it most. This page will give you all the information you need about our delivery process, including estimated delivery times and costs.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation, please check this carefully and if anything is incorrect or needs changing, please email info@stormcomposites.co.uk

0-70 Miles From Storm Composites

• Deliveries up to 70 miles will be delivered by our fleet of vehicles.
• 0-10 miles will be delivered within 1-10 working days
• 10-70 miles will be delivered within 1-15 working days
• The day before the delivery is due, you will receive an email or phone call with a 1 hour delivery slot.

70 Miles + From Storm Composites

• Deliveries over 70 miles will most likely be delivered by a courier, although it could be with our own fleet of vehicles.
• Courier deliveries will be delivered within 1-10 working days
• Storm vehicle deliveries will be delivered within 1-15 working days

Important Information Regarding Courier Deliveries

If you are not at home when the delivery is being attempted and there is a safe place to leave the materials, the courier is authorised to deliver your consignment without a signature. This will not always be possible though in instances where the courier must leave the materials on a public walkway or the road. If the courier has arranged a delivery day with you and you are not at home to receive the delivery, you may incur an additional delivery charge if there is nowhere to leave the materials safely. When ordering products longer than 2m, you may be required to help offload the materials.

Upon receiving your delivery, please check the materials carefully and promptly and inform the delivery driver of any damages or shortages. If you are unable to report anything straight away, you must check the delivery and report any damages or shortages within 48 hours. If your delivery falls out of the areas we can offer a delivery price to, you can still send the order to us as a quote. We will send you a delivery charge once we have evaluated the order.

Collections

Should delivery not be for you then you are more than welcome to collect your order. Simply place your order online and wait for an email to confirm that your products are all in stock and available to collect. Please do not turn up before receiving confirmation.
